Kurumi Tokisaki Wig Styling

This character’s art style already has those sharp, distinct hair strands, so I wanted to capture that essence in the cosplay.

• Organize the Bangs

  • Try on the wig and mark where you need to cut (like above the eyes).

  • Use a thinning scissor to lightly thin out the edges of the bangs.

• Shape the Sharp Strands

  • First, cut the sections of hair to the desired length.

  • Take individual sections, spray them with hairspray, and dry with a hairdryer.

• Trim and Refine

  • Once dried, trim each section to sharpen the look.

  • Repeat for all small sections to create that defined, spiky effect.

• Manage Hair Gel Usage

  • You can use gel to make the strands more solid, but be careful not to overdo it— too much gel can leave a white cast on the wig.
